Scope of Work
The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to appoint one suitable service provider per Region (Northern and Southern region), respectively, to render Security Services (human guards only) at SAFCOL sites for a period of three (3) years. Bidders may submit Bids for one or both regions. However, SAFCOL reserves the exclusive right to limit the award of contracts such that no single bidder shall be awarded more than one region.
To be eligible, bidders must submit all bids on official forms and adhere to strict submission guidelines. Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is mandatory for uploading key information, including business registration, tax compliance, and B-BBEE status. Each party in a consortium, joint venture, or subcontractor arrangement must submit separate proof of Tax Compliance Status (TCS)/PIN/CSD number.
