Construction of Two Room Houses

Msinga Municipality invites requests for quotations for the construction of two-room houses. This tender covers multiple individual projects including the construction of two-room houses for specific families such as the Sibisi, Chonco, Nogawu, Khanyile (Magcetshaneni & Mathonsi), Mchunu, Zondi, Dladla, Dumakude, Mzolo, and Dlamini families across various wards.Bidders are required to ensure administrative compliance by submitting a valid Tax Clearance PIN, a copy of a valid CIDB certificate (1 GB), a CSD Full Report, completed and signed Form of Offer and MBD Forms, a fully signed and initialled tender document, a municipal rates statement or sworn affidavit for rural businesses, and a Bill of Quantities. Attendance at the compulsory site briefing and inspection is mandatory. The bid will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system under PPPFA 2022, with points allocated for specific ownership goals.
