Scope of Work
This tender is for the construction and completion of a two-room house for the Khanyile family at Mathonsi in the Nkobongweni area, Ward 08 of Msinga Municipality. Contractors are required to possess a CIDB grading of 1 GB.
Bidders must submit a valid Tax Clearance PIN, a copy of the relevant CIDB certificate (1 GB), a CSD full report, a completed and signed Form of Offer, fully completed MBD forms, proof of attendance at the compulsory site briefing and inspection, a fully signed and initialed tender document, a municipal rates statement or a sworn affidavit for businesses operating in rural areas, and a Bill of Quantities. Failure to submit any of these documents will lead to immediate disqualification.
