Expression of Interest: Upgrading of Various Properties at Constitution Hill Precinct

The Johannesburg Development Agency (JDA) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from private parties, consortia, developers, and funders for the upgrading of various properties within the Constitution Hill Precinct in Johannesburg CBD, Gauteng. The City intends to develop and lease the site as a mixed-use precinct to enhance existing infrastructure, redevelop, and upgrade key assets including the Women's Jail, Old Fort, Visitors Centre, Constitution Square, and Nurses' home, aiming to maximize social, economic, and commercial potential while promoting inclusive economic development and urban regeneration.
Eligibility requires bidders to be actively registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) at the time of EOI closure. Submissions must adhere to the specified deadline and be sent to the correct email address; late submissions, submissions to incorrect locations, or from restricted suppliers will lead to immediate disqualification.
