Expression of Interest: Mixed-use Development and Long-term Lease of Klipfontein Wellness Centre

The Johannesburg Development Agency (JDA) invites Expressions of Interest from private sector companies, consortia, developers, and funders for the proposed mixed-use development and long-term lease of the Klipfontein Wellness Centre in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The project involves completing the existing 60% constructed wellness centre and developing the remaining land for facilities including wellness and healthcare, community support, administration, outdoor recreation, gym, running tracks, sports fields, community farming, public open spaces, and associated civil, electrical, mechanical, and landscaping infrastructure.
Interested parties must be actively registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) at the time of tender closure. Submissions require a company profile, a proposal detailing the proposed solution and interest, and a signed Business Declaration and Cover Letter from a duly authorized person.
