Appointment of a Contractor for the Refurbishment of Letaba Special School Sewer Pump Station

This tender is for the appointment of a contractor for the refurbishment of the Letaba Special School Sewer Pump Station, located in Tzaneen Local Municipality within the Mopani District Municipality of the Limpopo Province. The scope of work includes preliminary and general activities, site clearance, excavations for pipelines, bedding preparation, pipe laying, backfilling, and the supply and installation of electrical and mechanical components for pumps. Additionally, the project involves fencing, including the erection of new precast palisade concrete industrial type fencing, security walling, and a heavy-duty steel sliding gate. The overall construction duration for the project is a maximum of five months.
To be eligible for this tender, bidders must possess a Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) contractor grading designation of 5CE or higher, in accordance with the sum tendered or as determined by Regulation 25 (B) or 25(7A) of the Construction Industry Development Regulations. Furthermore, all prospective tenderers must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
