Outsourcing of Service Provider for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Five (05) Years Maintenance of Key Safe at Military Health Base Depot Pretoria West

The Department of Defence requires a service provider for the supply, delivery, installation, and five years of maintenance for high-security wall-mounted key safes at the Military Health Base Depot, Pretoria West. These key safes must feature heavy-duty steel construction, a minimum of 60 key positions per cabinet, a numbered hooks and key indexing system, reinforced tamper-resistant doors, wall-mountable configuration, PIN code keypad and/or RFID card readers, fingerprint or facial recognition capability, internal power supply with backup battery, and a high-security safe-grade key lock. The service includes delivery, configuration of master, admin, and user codes, integration with the MHBD security network, system testing, training with manuals, and compliance with SABS/ISO/EN/DOD/OHS security standards.
Bidders must submit all Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) in full, a fully completed Group Questionnaire, a valid CSD registration report, a completed security vetting form, and an original briefing session certificate from the compulsory site meeting. Additionally, bidders must provide an OHS Certificate, proof of PSIRA and LASA registration, a B-BBEE status level certificate or sworn affidavit, tax clearance certificate/PIN, company registration, current financial statements, company profile, and director profiles with ID and passport documents. Bids must be submitted in two separate, sealed and correctly labelled envelopes (technical and price proposals).
