Scope of Work
Tenders are invited for the appointment of service providers for the management and operation of the Herbertsdale Waste Transfer Station and the collection of refuse in Bartelsfontein, Buisplaas, Herbertsdale, and Kleinberg for a period of three (3) years from 01 July 2027 to 30 June 2030.
Bidders are required to be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Evaluation will be based on an 80/20 or 90/10 Preference Points System, with specific goals comprising B-BBEE scorecard points and locality points, each contributing 50% of the total specific goals points.
