Scope of Work
Tenders are invited from service providers for the removal of household garden refuse in the Mossel Bay Municipal Area for a period of three (3) years from 1 July 2027 to 30 June 2030. The service will cover four distinct blocks within the municipal area, with one block to be awarded per successful bidder.
Bids will be pre-evaluated based on functionality, requiring a minimum score of 65 out of 85 points to be considered responsive. Thereafter, responsive bids will be evaluated using either the 80/20 or 90/10 preference points system, with points allocated for price, B-BBEE status, and bidder locality. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
