Scope of Work
Maluti-a-Phofung Municipality invites bids for the appointment of a service provider for the supply, delivery, and installation of Smart Bulk Water Meters across the Maluti-a-Phofong Local Municipality area.
Bidders must submit a copy of their Company Registration Certificate (CRC) reflecting active members (excluding sole traders and partnerships). All bidders, including all parties in consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors, must be registered with the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide their CSD number, along with a unique SARS Personal Identification Number (PIN) to enable the Municipality to view their taxpayer's profile and tax status. Additionally, bidders must ensure municipal rates and taxes are not in arrears for more than three months, providing proof or a valid clearance certificate.
