Appointment of a Service Provider for Provision of Travel Management Services to Harry Gwala Development Agency (HGDA) for a Period of 36 Months

Harry Gwala Development Agency (Pty) Ltd (HGDA) invites experienced, reputable, capable, effective, and suitably qualified Travel Management Companies (TMC) to submit proposals for the provision of travel management services for a period of 36 months. The primary objective is to provide HGDA with consistent and reliable travel management services, achieve significant cost savings, and appropriately contain HGDA's risk and traveler's risk.
Bidders must submit mandatory returnable documents, including MBD forms, municipal account statements (not older than 3 months or relevant affidavits/lease agreements), tax clearance, CSD report, and a B-BBEE certificate/affidavit. Bids must be firm, VAT-inclusive, and valid for at least 90 days, submitted on a company letterhead. Tenders will be evaluated in two stages: functionality (minimum 70 out of 100 points) and then price and preference using an 80/20 system.
