Scope of Work
The Greater Kokstad Municipality is seeking proposals from experienced and suitably qualified Travel and Accommodation Agencies to manage travel and accommodation arrangements for Councillors, staff, and associates. The scope of work includes providing comprehensive travel management services, such as air travel, car rental, shuttle services, accommodation, and event/conference arrangements, with a focus on reliability, cost-effectiveness, and efficient service delivery.
Bidders must be registered with the Central Supplier Database (CSD), be tax compliant, and ensure that both the company and its directors do not owe municipal rates and taxes for a period longer than 90 days. Registration with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the Association of Southern Travel Agents (ASATA) is a mandatory requirement. Attendance at the compulsory briefing and clarification session is required to be eligible for evaluation.
