The Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) is seeking a Multi-Disciplinary Business Consultancy Firm to establish and operate a Programme Management Office (PMO) and provide organisational turnaround implementation support across its operations. This engagement involves enterprise-wide programme coordination, management expertise, executive reporting, governance knowledge, infrastructure programme experience, commercial turnaround capability, procurement expertise, and access to specialist technical resources to facilitate strategic initiatives and a Management 100-Day Action Plan.
Eligibility requires bidders to comply with mandatory administrative requirements and achieve a minimum functionality threshold of 70 out of 100 points to proceed to the price and preference evaluation stage (80/20 split).
