Scope of Work
SAFCOL seeks to appoint a panel of legal service providers for a period of five years, engaged on an as-and-when-required basis. The scope of work requires external legal expertise across eleven areas of law, and bidders must select a minimum of one and a maximum of three categories.
Bidders must be registered with the Legal Practice Council (LPC) and provide a Fidelity Fund Certificate and a Letter of Good Standing. Proof of professional liability insurance from a registered FSP is mandatory. Firms bidding for Category 7 (Property Law) must also attach a Conveyancing Certificate.
