The Department of Defence (DOD) requires a service provider for the hiring, supply, delivery, erection, and dismantling of two 25m x 30m glass aluminium marquee tents. The service also includes providing 400 black Shelvcraft banquet chairs, 450 Tiffany chairs, and 50 round tables. These items are for the SANDF Military Heritage Symposium 2026, scheduled from 24 October 2026 to 29 October 2026 at The Castle of Good Hope, Cape Town, for the DOD Logistic Support Formation.
Bidders must submit all Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) in full and in original format, including SBD 1, SBD 3 (Pricing Schedule), SBD 4, SBD 6.1, a Group Questionnaire, Sub-Contractor Form, and Vetting and Screening Form. Mandatory requirements include attending a compulsory briefing session, utilizing a sealed two-envelope submission system (technical and price proposals), and providing a B-BBEE status level certificate or sworn affidavit, a valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate or PIN, a Central Supplier Database (CSD) report, a full-colour catalogue/technical data sheet of the items, and a written confirmation of adherence to the scope of work.
