Quantity Surveying Services for Morena Tshohisi Moloi Ii Primary School, Harrismith (stage 5 to 6)

This Expression of Interest (EOI) seeks Quantity Surveying Consultants to provide comprehensive services from Stage 5 (Construction) to Stage 6 (Close Out) for the construction of Morena Tshohisi Moloi II Primary School in Harrismith. The project scope includes facilities such as classrooms, a media centre, science laboratory, administration block, nutrition centre, multipurpose hall, security room, and sports facilities.
Bidders must ensure compliance with all mandatory requirements, including a valid tax compliance status (SARS PIN/MAAA), CSD registration (report not older than 3 months), COIDA Letter of Good Standing, certified CIPC company registration documents, professional registration with SACQSP as a PrQS, and Professional Indemnity Insurance of at least R20 million. Attendance at the compulsory clarification meeting is required, and all returnable documents must be completed in original handwriting with a black pen.
