Employee Benefits Consulting Services

The South African National Space Agency (SANSA) invites bidders to provide Employee Benefits Consulting Services for a period of five years, covering approximately 200 permanent employees. The services encompass brokering and benchmarking for medical aid, pension fund, group risk benefits, and corporate funeral cover, along with managing strategy, placement, administration support, and member servicing of the holistic employee benefits portfolio.Bidders must attend the compulsory online briefing session on 10 September 2026 at 11:00 (via Microsoft Teams) and be registered with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA). Compliance with all submission requirements, including valid tax status and CSD registration, is mandatory. Bidders must be able to provide services at SANSA's Head Office, Space Engineering, and Earth Observation (Pretoria, Gauteng), Space Operations (Hartebeesthoek, Gauteng), and Space Science (Hermanus, Western Cape), with future expansion to include Grabouw and Matjiesfontein.
