Panel of Skills Development Providers for a Period of Two (2) Years

The Ingquza Hill Local Municipality seeks to contract a panel of Skills Development Providers for a period of two (2) years to provide training of municipal officials, councilors, community members, and relevant stakeholders in its locality as and when needed, in line with its Workplace Skills Plan. The panel will assist in various skills needed across directorates including Human Resources, Administrative, Support Services, Information Technology, Revenue Management, Expenditure Management, Financial Planning Services, Accounting Services, Stores, Supply Chain Management, Internal Audit, Operations Management, Strategic Management, Projects Management, Civil, Electrification, Public Safety & Security, Environmental Management, Social Interventions, Social Services, Public Participation, Planning Services, Stakeholder Management & Special Programs, Local Economic Development, and Agricultural Units.
Bidders must be accredited with the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) or a relevant Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA) such as LGSETA, CETA, MICT SETA, SERVICES SETA, ETDP SETA. Proof of accreditation, specifically a letter from the SETA specifying the areas of accreditation, must be provided. Skills Development Providers specializing in MFMA Courses must be registered with National Treasury on Competency Levels. Providers must demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of training experience in a municipal environment and extensive experience in implementing the Skills Development Act, Skills Development Levies Act, and National Skills Strategy. For all non-NQF aligned courses, an accreditation certificate from relevant institutions is required.
