Appointment of a Service Provider for the Implementation, Operation and Maintenance of a Security Operations Centre (soc) for a Period of Five (5) Years

The Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) Company Limited invites proposals for the appointment of a service provider to design, implement, operate, support, and maintain a fully integrated on-premises Security Operations Centre (SOC) for a period of five years. This SOC will provide continuous cybersecurity monitoring, threat detection, incident response, threat intelligence, security analytics, and protection for ATNS's critical IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments, ensuring compliance with applicable cybersecurity and aviation industry standards.
Bidders must attend a compulsory briefing session, provide a SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN and CSD registration, and submit a detailed solution-architecture diagram for on-premises deployment. Eligibility also requires a minimum of three contactable reference letters demonstrating successful implementation and management of a Security Operations Centre (SOC) within the last five years, along with key personnel certifications in information security.
