Scope of Work
The Western Cape Provincial Parliament invites bids for a Public Perception Survey to generate credible, representative, and actionable evidence on how the people of the Western Cape perceive the Provincial Parliament's credibility, relevance, accessibility, and effectiveness. The scope of work includes designing and implementing a comprehensive, evidence-based survey covering all stages from methodological design and instrument development to data collection, weighting, analysis, reporting, and presentation of findings in close consultation with the WCPP.
Bidders must ensure their submission includes a valid, original SARS Tax Clearance Certificate (or PIN) for all entities involved. Consortia or Joint Ventures must provide a signed Memorandum of Understanding detailing roles and responsibilities for all parties. Attendance at the compulsory information session on 03 September 2026 at 10:00 on MS Teams is required.
