Scope of Work
The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a service provider(s) for the leasing of office space for its Customer Experience Centre (CEC) offices in Mahikeng, Polokwane, Tzaneen, Mbombela, Vhembe District, Kimberley, Gqeberha, and Bloemfontein. Lease agreements will be for a period of three (3) to five (5) years.
Bidders must be eligible, registered service providers with a business continuity management plan, and possess Professional Indemnity cover, including privacy breach and cyber liability, prior to contract award. Additionally, bidders must ensure tax compliance and CSD registration.
