Provision of Employee Assistance and Wellness Programme (EAWP) Services for Mkhondo Local Municipality

This tender calls for the provision of Employee Assistance and Wellness Programme (EAWP) services for Mkhondo Local Municipality, as and when required, for a period of twenty-four (24) months. The work primarily involves providing counselling to Municipal employees for issues such as stress and anger management, financial problems, personal problems, trauma, depression, health problems, anxiety, relationship problems, work-related problems, and substance abuse.
Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) prior to submission. Tenders are subject to the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act and Regulations, General Conditions of Contract, and any special conditions. Bidders are expected to score a minimum of 60% for functionality to proceed to the price and preference evaluation stage. No awards will be made to individuals in the service of the state, not registered on CSD, or whose municipal rates are in arrears for more than 90 days.
