Development of Maydon Wharf Precinct Strategy in the Port of Durban for Four (4) Months

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for professional services to develop an integrated Maydon Wharf Precinct Strategy in the Port of Durban. The strategy will guide long-term land use, infrastructure investment, and governance, aligning with Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA) strategic objectives to reposition Maydon Wharf as a modern, efficient, and sustainable port precinct.
Specific eligibility criteria include mandatory attendance at a clarification meeting, administrative responsiveness checks (timely submission, complete returnable documents, valid documents, signed bids), and substantive responsiveness checks (meeting general and legislation qualification criteria, priced offer via Activity Schedule, material compliance with scope/specifications, minimum requirements met). Bidders must achieve a minimum functionality score of 60 points to proceed to the price and preference evaluation stage. Failure to meet any of these will result in disqualification.
