Term Tender for the Provision of Professional Services in Respect of Stormwater Infrastructure

This tender calls for professional consulting services in respect of stormwater infrastructure. The Employer intends to appoint a "Winner", an "Alternative Service Provider 1", and an "Alternative Service Provider 2" for each of four regions within the City of Cape Town's Roads Infrastructure Management Department (Urban Mobility Directorate). Services will be provided on an ad-hoc or repetitive basis, as instructed and when required, through a framework contract for an 84-month period.
Tenderers must be registered on the CCT Supplier Database and the National Treasury Web Based Central Supplier Database (CSD). Bidders must submit one (1) or two (2) entirely separate teams of Key Personnel, each comprising a Professional Engineer (PrEng) or Technologist (Pr Tech Eng) for Project Leader, Hydraulic Engineering, Township Services Engineering, and Structural Engineering, all in permanent employment, or with a signed letter of consent if contracted. Any Key Personnel proposed by multiple tendering entities will result in all affected entities being declared non-responsive. A minimum functionality score of 60 out of 100 is required to proceed, based on the relevant experience of Key Personnel (50 points) and the Track Record of the Tenderer (50 points).
