Appointment of Two Travel Management Companies for Travel and Event Management Services to the Office of the Premier: Northern Cape for 36 Months

The Office of the Premier: Northern Cape seeks to appoint two Travel Management Companies (TMCs) to provide comprehensive travel management services, including travel and accommodation arrangements, as well as coordinate event management services for a period of 36 months. The scope includes managing travel, venue hire, conference facilities, workshop packages, and overall event coordination for officials and departments within the Office of the Premier.

Eligible bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit all mandatory documents as outlined in the RFP, including a valid IATA licence/certificate or an agreement to utilize a 3rd party's accreditation. Bidders must achieve a minimum of 70 points for functionality to proceed to the price and preference evaluation stage. Attendance at the compulsory briefing session is mandatory, with non-attendance resulting in disqualification.
