Appointment of Venue Service Provider for Saftas20 2027

The National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF) invites bids from competent service providers to manage and implement all event venue and décor-related elements for the 20th Annual South African Film and Television Awards (SAFTAS20) in 2027. This includes providing a venue for up to 3000 guests, managing event setup, security, parking, disaster management, catering, furniture, décor, and all related logistics for the Craft and Main Awards ceremonies scheduled for 26 and 27 March 2027 in Gauteng Province.
Bidders must submit proposals in a two-envelope system (technical and financial) with one original and one copy in a USB. Mandatory returnable documents include fully completed and signed SBD forms, a valid original Tax Clearance Certificate, proof of CSD registration, certified copies of company registration documents (not older than 6 months), certified copies of identity documents for shareholders/members, and a valid B-BBEE Certificate or sworn affidavit. Failure to comply with any mandatory document or achieve the minimum functionality threshold will result in disqualification.
