Provision of an Integrated Towfish and Towing System

The Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) invites proposals for the design, manufacture, integration, and testing of a v2 Integrated Towfish and Towing System. This procurement replaces the legacy v1 system and requires a turnkey, commercially viable solution that resolves all identified structural, hydrodynamic, and electrical flaws of the v1 iteration while meeting enhanced performance criteria for the research project, as detailed in Annexure B.

Only bidders that comply with all elimination criteria will proceed to technical evaluation. Proposals received late, submitted to an incorrect location, or from bidders listed on the NT database of restricted suppliers or the NT Register of Tender Defaulters will not be considered. Failure to submit mandatory returnable documents will also result in elimination.
