Appointment of Commercial Companies for the Commercial Bulk Leasing of EHC Residential Rental Units for Accommodation of Qualifying Employees

The Ekurhuleni Housing Company (EHC) invites suitably qualified and financially capable commercial companies, employers, and/or corporate institutions to submit proposals for bulk commercial lease agreements for EHC residential rental units. These units are for the accommodation of their qualifying employees, aimed at optimising occupancy, strengthening revenue sustainability, and broadening access to affordable rental accommodation.
To be eligible, bidders must be suitably qualified and financially capable commercial companies, employers, or corporate institutions. Their proposals are subject to EHC's eligibility requirements, affordability assessments, and approval. Additionally, all proposed employees for accommodation must successfully pass EHC's individual tenant vetting and affordability assessment process.
