Environmental Control Officer for the Berg River Voëlvlei Augmentation Scheme (Brvas) for the Contract Duration of 63 Months

This tender is for the appointment of a professional Environmental Control Officer (ECO) to provide environmental oversight and management services for the Berg River Voëlvlei Augmentation Scheme (BRVAS) over a contract duration of 63 months. The services include pre-construction site surveys, monthly ECO duties during construction, auditing as per DFFE (EA) & DWS (WUL) requirements, auditing as per TCTA & Stakeholder requirements, various meetings, and rehabilitation maintenance period tasks.
Bidders must demonstrate their capacity to provide personnel for various tasks, including professional staff (e.g., Project Leader Level 13) and cover direct reimbursable costs. Pricing schedules for staff time and direct reimbursables must be completed in full, with no omission or addition of task/sub-tasks, and the total costs including VAT must be carried forward to the Form of Offer Letter.
