Organizational Culture Survey

The service provider is required to design, develop a questionnaire, and conduct an online and manual Organisational Culture Survey in English and isiZulu across uMngeni-uThukela Water's regions and sites for approximately 2000 employees. This includes statistical analysis, interpretation, reporting, and developing culture action plans and a culture composite index to achieve cultural alignment within the organisation.
Bidders must attend a compulsory virtual briefing session. They are required to submit proof of registration with the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and active registration with the Company Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC), along with certified copies of identity documents/passports for all members/directors/owners. A minimum of 35% Contract Participation Goals (CPG) is mandatory, including 25% for enterprises within uMngeni-uThukela Water's operational area and 10% for Local participation.
