Scope of Work
The tender seeks a service provider to prepare a Budget Facility for Infrastructure (BFI) funding proposal application for waste management infrastructure for the Western Cape Government's Department of Environmental Affairs and Development Planning. The successful bidder will be required to submit the application to the National Treasury for consideration.
Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) at the time of bid closing. Submissions will only be considered if they achieve a minimum functionality score of 70% from a total of 100% in the initial evaluation stage and are then assessed under the 80/20 preference points system. Bidders must also submit an accredited B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit to claim preference points.
