Appointment of a Service Provider to Arrange Air Travel, Accommodation, Venue Hire Including Conference Halls, Car Rental and/or Shuttle Transport for the Moretele Local Municipality for a Period of 36 Months

Moretele Local Municipality invites bids from service providers for the appointment to a panel to arrange air travel, accommodation, venue hire including conference halls, car rental, and/or shuttle transport for the Municipality for a period of 36 months. The service provider will facilitate travel and accommodation bookings for domestic and international trips, including managing group bookings and negotiating rates.
To be considered, bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit a valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate or proof of tax compliance. Bidders or their directors must not be in arrears with municipal rates and taxes for more than three months. Proof of registration with IATA or ASATA is compulsory. Functionality will be evaluated with a minimum qualifying score of 60% before price and specific goals are considered.
