Scope of Work
The South African Medical Research Council (SAMRC) invites proposals from qualified service providers to design and facilitate a comprehensive Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) organizational intervention across all SAMRC regions. The intervention will involve facilitated physical group/team sessions, interactive workshops, and virtual webinars for approximately 700 staff members, including senior and executive management, over an eight-month period.
Bidders must be registered on National Treasury's Centralised Supplier Database (CSD), be Tax Compliant at the time of award, accept the terms and conditions of bidding, and submit a valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit to qualify for preferential points.
