Panel of Events Coordinators

The uMgungundlovu District Municipality (uMDM) seeks to establish a Professional Panel of Events Coordinators to manage and coordinate small to large-scale events for the Municipality over a period of 36 months. The appointed panel will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events, including sporting events, workshops, Imbizos, SMME support events, Mayoral events, and project launches, along with related responsibilities like venue sourcing, catering, technical services, branding, logistics, and compliance.
Bidders must submit a minimum of three written references from Government Entities for events successfully completed within the past 5 years (09/2021 to 09/2026), each with a minimum project value of R300,000. Additionally, proof of the bidder's valid professional body/association/affiliation/registration/membership/accreditations (e.g., SAACI, PRISA, MASA, EXSA) is mandatory.
