Supply, Installation, Maintenance and Integration of Security Alarm Systems, Equipment and Ancillaries

This contract covers the supply, installation, integration, maintenance, expansion, and support of security alarm and intrusion detection systems, along with associated communication, monitoring, and control systems across City of Cape Town facilities for a period of 36 months. This includes maintaining and expanding existing systems, installing new ones, upgrading equipment, integrating with existing control room and monitoring environments, and providing ongoing support.

Tenderers must be registered on the CCT Supplier Database and the National Treasury CSD. A minimum functionality score of 70% is required, based on OEM accreditation (40 points) and relevant project experience (60 points). PSIRA registration must be in good standing. The 90/10 preference point system applies, with 10 points allocated for specific goals related to promotion of micro/small enterprises, enterprise supplier development, and skills development/employee share scheme.
